1. The product
Sketchy Kit is a commercial UI component kit — CSS, JS, and a small SVG filter snippet, plus documentation — sold by R24k Web-Ateljé, a Swedish sole trader (Ronald, hello@sketchykit.com).
2. License
Purchase grants a single-developer, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. See the full License page for permitted and prohibited uses.
3. Digital delivery
Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. You receive a download link by email. By completing the purchase you acknowledge that delivery has begun and waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital goods under EU consumer law.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not offered once the files have been downloaded. If you experience a technical problem preventing download, contact hello@sketchykit.com within 7 days of purchase.
5. Warranty disclaimer
Sketchy Kit is provided as-is. R24k Web-Ateljé makes no warranties, express or implied. Use at your own risk.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
